THE ROOTS I

Strength & Aerobic Interval Training

Focus: Maximize caloric expenditure. Increase muscle tone, core strength, and mobility.

Design: Take your fitness level to new heights in this energetic and results driven interval training program. Each 60 minute workout will begin with a dynamic warm-up, followed by an intelligently designed circuit of cardio, strength, and mobility training intervals. The Roots classes utilize a constantly changing mix of spin bikes, rowing machines, a wide array of exercises utilizing the HARVEST bar wall, and a variety of traditional and functional training equipment.

THE ROOTS II

Strength & Endurance Performance Training

Focus: Maximize metabolic after-burn. Cultivate a mobile, strong & powerful physique.

Design: Find your edge and transform the landscape of your ability in this efficient and effective 45 minute performance training program. Participants will be presented with an ever changing combination of functional strength and endurance exercises performed in succession for a predetermined amount of time. Individually equipped training spaces allow participants to work towards fatigue, rest as needed, start again, etc..... until the set is over. Generate a level of intensity that challenges “your individual ability” and ignites the fat-calorie after-burn!

FIT AND FLEX

Low to No Impact Strength & Flexibility Training

Focus: Low impact exercise for all levels. Increase muscle tone, core strength, and mobility.

Design: Strengthen, lengthen, and tone in this effective 45 minute low to no impact training program. Participants will enjoy this active and fun workout designed to move through a mix of movement, cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises.

THE RISE I

 

YOGA FOR NURTURING AND CENTERING

 

In this class we will discover/unveil an intimate relationship with our breath that will give us access to a better control of our lives through a deeper understanding of our physical, mental, and spiritual self. Through the asana, we use the breath to initiate movement, thereby linking attention to our spine, our central core, to support the function of the nervous system through axial extension or lengthening of the spine, which gives way to increased physical comfort and restoration.

THE RISE II

 

YOGA FOR MOBILITY & STABILITY

 

In this class we will move through a "flowing sequence” of postures combined with the breath to create heat, strength, balance, flexibility and endurance in a traditional vinyasa flow fashion. You will experience a strong focus on alignment of postures while being offered challenges for all levels; as well as, modifications and adjustments for postures that may be too difficult for some students.

THE RISE FLOW & RESTORE

 
YOGA FOR REVITALIZATION

This is a gentle yoga class that combines the fluidity of yoga with the restorative benefit of supportive props. Experience a well-rounded gentle flow, followed by restorative poses. This unique class not only promotes flexibility and coordination, but also offers stress relief and a sense of deep relaxation. We will conclude with a short guided meditation, allowing you to unwind fully and leave class with a profound sense of peace and rejuvenation
